To You, with Love, from Heaven

I see you. I see the way your heart aches when you notice my absence, the way your eyes fill with tears when a memory catches you off guard. I know this holiday season feels different, heavier. But I want you to know—I’m still with you.

I’m there in the traditions we shared; in the laughter we once knew. When you bake my favorite dish or hang that special ornament, when you tell the stories that make you smile or wipe away a tear, I’m right there beside you. You might not see me, but my love surrounds you.

Please don’t feel guilty for the joy you find this season. I want you to laugh. I want you to sing the songs, gather with family, and make new memories. Life is meant to be lived fully, and nothing would bring me more happiness than knowing you’re embracing it, even while you miss me.

I know the holidays can feel overwhelming. So, take your time. You don’t have to do everything the way we always did. It’s okay to create new traditions, ones that bring you peace. If something feels too heavy this year, set it aside. I understand.

And when you feel that pang of sadness, when it feels like I’m too far away, close your eyes and take a deep breath. In that stillness, you’ll find me. In the love we shared, the moments we lived, and the legacy we built together, I am there.

You are my heart, my family, my everything. Though I am not with you in the way I once was, my love hasn’t gone anywhere. It’s in every hug you give, every smile you share, every step you take forward.

This holiday season, celebrate what we had. Hold onto the memories, but don’t be afraid to make new ones. I’ll be cheering you on, always.

With endless love,

Me
